Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical engineering design for a new 14,000-SF Visual Arts facility including indoor and outdoor classrooms, labs, multipurpose room, and a dedicated exhibit space. With South and West exposure shading, passive cooling to increase building envelope efficiency, and skylights to increase natural light harvesting, the building received its LEED Silver certification.
