Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology engineering for the new 16,195-sf Child Development Center serving Palomar College campus staff and faculty, as well as the College’s Early Childhood Development curriculum. The mechanical system was an energy-saving VRF type with an integrated control system connected to the campus wide EMS. The project is LEED certified.
